S. Keith Winfield earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Mississippi State University in 1970. He joined Watkins, Ward and Stafford in 1973 and admitted to the partnership in 1980.

Keith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the ASCPA Peer Review Committee and Chairman of the MS Hospital Facilities and Equipment Authority. He holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Mississippi, Florida and Alabama.

With more than forty-five years experience, Keith's practice is concentrated in income and estate and trust taxation, governmental and not for profit auditing and accounting and data processing for small government and not for profit agencies.

His community involvement includes serving as past National President for the Mississippi State University Alumni Association and past President for Starkville Country Club.

Keith is a member of First United Methodist Church.

He is married to Carol Winfield, and they have one son, Charles.
