Wanda S. Holley earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Mississippi State University in 1980.  She joined Watkins, Ward and Stafford in 1985 and was admitted to the partnership in 2000.

Wanda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.  With more than thirty years of experience in public accounting, Wanda’s practice is concentrated in business and individual tax services as well as not for profit and governmental auditing.

Her community involvement includes serving as a member of the Rotary Club, Life Member of Junior Auxiliary of Columbus and is a past Director of Habitat for Humanity and Leadership Tomorrow.  Wanda is an active member of Annunciation Catholic Church where she has served as Chairman of the Finance Council, and Treasurer of Friends of Annunciation Catholic Church.

Wanda has two sons, Sloan and Hamp, and one daughter, Hope.
